How to apply the transfer (works best using a heat press):

1. Preheat garment 5-10 seconds (optional)
2. Temp: 350ºF for 100% Cotton. 325°F for cotton and synthetic blends.
3. Press Time: 7 seconds
4. Pressure:  Heavy 60psi
5. Peel off backing immediately while still hot
