How to apply the transfer (works best using a heat press):
- Preheat garment 5-10 seconds (optional)
- Temp: 350ºF for 100% Cotton. 325°F for cotton and synthetic blends.
- Press Time: 7 seconds
- Pressure: Heavy 60psi
- Peel off backing immediately while still hot
